A new Maintenance Release dated 06/19/2018 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 11.5.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:
Membership Reports
- Ministry Services reports incorrectly combine names (John Smith Jr & John Smith Sr)
- Activity Statistics report in Attendance can print duplicate attendance info
- Custom Report to file output errors when file extension is assigned
Contributions
- Pledged to Actual Comparison report Difference column is underlined
- Location is required on Canadian Tax Receipts
- Contributor Age Range report errors on last day of the month
Fund Accounting
- Post Transactions can give inaccurate out of balance warning
- System Generated entry in Account Activity makes debit and credit totals not match
- Move Account utility loses account notes when moving to a new number
Accounts Receivable
- Deposit Slip report should print in data entry order
- Open (Unposted) Items report should print in data entry order
- Payment Statements report can error with LASTINV null values
Payroll
- Kentucky state tax table calculation method has changed

05/02/2018 - Check In Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release for the PowerChurch Check In system has been published, dated 05/02/2018.
There are no longer separate installers for kiosk and server components. The kiosks will update automatically after connecting to the server the first time.
Visit https://www.powerchurch.com/mr to download and install this release.
PowerChurch Online users will be updated automatically and do not need to install Maintenance Release updates.
This update fixes the following issues:
- Date lookup doesn't scale with font DPI
- Only one parent label prints with Version 12
- If PowerChurch Plus program directory doesn't exist, don't close the setup screen
- Adding a person to an activity can cause an error in certain scenario

- Saved report profile can error when running Journal Report
Payroll
- Direct Deposit file Company ID is formatted differently in header and footer records
- Maintain List of Employees can error when multiple data entry screens are open
- Massachusetts state tax isn't calculated properly in certain scenario
General
- OneBody Sync should force https Sync URL
- Export to Access can error when duplicate ID numbers exist
