A new Maintenance Release dated 03/16/2022 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Contributions
- Contributions Statement/Tax Receipt - Print Pledges option does not refresh properly
Payroll
- Colorado Pre-2021 tax table doesn't show "Pre-2021" designation on the screen
- Port number disappears from the UI when sending emails, but emails are sent using that port number
OneBody Sync
- Gender field values are transferred as M or F, OneBody expects Male or Female
- Sync ignores Personal Profile name format (given vs. preferred)

Fund Accounting
- Posting - If first fund is inactive, can't post transactions
- Modify Unposted - Error when no unposted transactions
- Modify Unposted - Form now "live updates" with transactions entered in a different session
- Reverse/Correct - If original transaction was already cleared, reversal/correction is also cleared
- Setup Accounting - Lump sum YTD balances show as unposted transactions
- Posted transactions missing date posted and posted by fields
Accounts Payable
- Manual Check - Change vendor unknown member error
- Open/Unposted Items report doesn't group account distributions correctly
- Posting - Printed checks show a negative amount
- Quick Check - No invoices to print message on new vendor
Payroll
