Version 12 - Navigation List

Many data entry screens in PowerChurch Plus have a Navigation List, which was added in Version 12. This replaces (or at least improves upon) some of the Find and Locate functionality in the software.

With the Navigation List, you have access to the list of items, much like a Locate list gives, but instead of opening in a separate window, it is always in view. There is also a full text search, which can make partial text matches anywhere in the displayed data. For example, you could use this to match partial text in first and last names, which the Find button functionality wasn't able to do. You can also Filter using code fields in many of the Navigation Lists. This is useful to limit the list of Personal Profiles down to only those with Personal Status Code of Visitor assigned, for example.
