Finding the Computer Name and Workgroup/Domain Name in Windows 2000

To find the computer name and workgroup/domain name:

• Right click the mouse on My Computer and choose Properties.
• On the window that opens, click on the Network Identification tab.
• There you will find the Computer Name and Workgroup or Domain name.

Take note of this for your workstation setup later.
