PowerChurch Online - Printing Problems (Mac Users)


Some Mac users have reported issues when running reports and printing from PowerChurch Online. Issues might include missing information from printed reports, misaligned information, and various other problems.

This issue has been narrowed down to the "Preview" program that is the default PDF file handler on computers running older versions of Mac OS. When you print a document from PowerChurch Online, a PDF file is created, then downloaded to your local computer, and is then sent directly to the printer.

To resolve this issue, download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader and use it as the default PDF file handler.
