Online training videos are backed by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Third Party Software Products

Third party software products that have been rebranded by PowerChurch Software, such as PowerChurch Mailroom have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Hardware Items

Hardware items, such as MICR check readers, bar code wands, and Dymo printers have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Hardware items must be returned in like new, resellable condition, unless the return is for warranty repair or replacement on an item with factory defects.

Custom Programming Services

Custom programming services, such as Custom Reports and Data Conversions are non-refundable.

Initiate a Return/Refund

If you need to initiate a return for a refund on any of the products listed above, or would like clarification on our return policy, please give us a call at (800) 486-1800 to speak with a Customer Service representative. You will be given a Return Authorization number to include on the returned package. The original purchase price of the product will be refunded when your package is received. The initial shipping and return shipping will not be refunded.
