Membership and Personal Profile

Hi there, I just got 11.5. I have import the data through family mailing listing using MS Excel however, I cannot see these data in Personal Profile. How can I do this?

Secondly how can I import these into our contribution module?

Just migrating from a different software.

Sam,

There is no way to import data into Personal Profiles. You can only import into the Mailing List profiles, then manually add the data to the Personal Profiles.

Not sure what you mean by 'import into contribution module' !! There is no link between the Membership data and the Contributions data other than through the envelope number. That is the link between the two separate databases.

You may want to think about having the Powerchurch people do a conversion from your old database to Powerchurch. It may save you a lot of time and frustration.
