Hello,

When we try to save a report in power church, a small window pops up that reads 'transfer file to local workstation', then it disappears and nothing happens. This happens for all document types (pdf,word etc.). We are able to print to file (as a pdf) but we'd like to have the document saved in word as well.

The IDS program was installed last week (downloaded from the website)
