Re-generating paystubs

I know this is an old topic, but I wanted to add more information, just in case someone is looking at this topic later.

Version 11.5 added the ability to reprint a check stub.

From the Maintain List of Employees screen, select the Check History tab.

Select the paycheck from the list and click the printer button above the check detail list. This will reprint the check stub.

Also from this screen you can click the 'X' button to void or re-issue this check.

I am trying to reprint some checks but I do't see a printer button above the check detail list. The only option I see is to Void it and re create it.

11.1 does not have this capability, 11.5 does.

I have 11.1, and I did the 'download maintenance release.' and it says it's up to date.

FWIW ... there are enough subtle (and not so subtle) addtions in 11.5 that its worth the upgrade.

Yeah, I just emailed our admin chair with the price and that I would like to upgrade. Now let's see if I get the approval!
