Powerchurch does provide a output file to interface with Phonetree:
https://www.powerchurch.com/products/phonetree.php

You can send emails to specific members either by making a specific activity and adding people to it, by tagging the personal or mailing list profiles, both types of lists use the built in Powerchurch email system, or to single individual emails using your local email program.

Sorry... Can you elaborate more on the email option... I am not able to setup the email option in preferences...

Let's say I want to email all members from my personal hotmail address... What do I do?

If you cannot access the Email Setup in Preferences, you would need a Powerchurch Admin to do that for you. Have you reviewed the built-in HELP file to see how to setup Powerchurch's email system??

There is also a Knowledgebase article that can give you some pointers:

In reality, you SHOULD limit the number of emails you send out at any one time to about 50 every 10 or 15 minutes. There really isn't a limit to the number of addresses you can email to, but if you send too many at one time you could be marked as a SPAMMER and your account could be shut down.

This is why the Powerchurch SMTP function has a limit function to limit the number of emails sent at one time.

If I understand correctly... I can prepare my email... If it's over 200 emails, I can set it to send 50 at a time every 10 mins... Am I right?

Or will I have to select 50 every 10 mins?

Sorry again for this question... Whats powerchurch SMTP

Thank you

This really isn't the place for a full description of the Powerchurch SMTP/Email functionality. Again, I will refer you to the Knowledgebase article I posted a few messages earlier.

Look for the Advanced Option in the article, and on the Email Setup under System Settings. There you can set the system to send 50 every 10 mins. So every ten minutes the system will send another 50 emails out, this will repeat until they are all sent.
