Exporting records

I'm using PowerChurch Online. I would like to export personal profile data. I go through the process of selecting fields and format. The only option for where to save the file is the M drive. When I select Finish "Creating File" begins then I get the message "a problem occurred saving this file". I've tried other formats and always get the same message. Is there a way I can export this data?
