tax deduction multiplier

Maintenance release 12/20/2018 has; "Ohio state tax table missing the deduction multiplier field". Is there an explanation of how and when this is used. I have new 2019 Ohio state table values.

If you already have an Ohio Tax Table setup, the deduction multiplier can be added on the Deduction & Exemption Tab of the tax table. This is based on the multiplier in the Ohio Tables using the computer method, as shown here:
