I bought a check reader to replace our old Magtek reader.
The new USB MicrSafe reader tested fine in word and note pad but not in Power Church.
When I run a check through the reader, PC reports that it could not scan the check.
Any thoughts on how I can remedy this?

The check readers that we sell directly are programmed first, to make sure the information they output will work with PowerChurch.
