10/30/2013 - Version 11.5 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 10/30/2013 has been released for Version 11.5. This release also provides a free update to Version 11.55, with new and updated features. Visit http://www.powerchurch.com/products/pcp ... on1155.php for a detailed feature list.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

Aside from the new features in Version 11.55, this Maintenance Release also resolves the following issues:

Membership

• Integrated Data Entry - Double click empty row in Family Members list opens Maintain Personal Profile
• Church Directory in Detail Layout skips suffix when full name format is selected
• Church Directory listing for spouses with different last name does not use preferred name
• Deacon Report can error if data files in use by another
• Family Update Form has a blank page at end of report
• Cancel button on Attendance > Mailing Labels/Mail Merge screen does not cancel

Contributions

• Delete designations with posted history does not show message box
• Read Receipt request does not work when sending Contribution Statement e-mails
• Import Contributions should ignore additional fields in the file
• Maintain List of Contribution Funds screen loads slowly with large data set
• Maintain List of Designations screen loads slowly with large data set
• Selected Contributors report XLS exports address into wrong column

Accounting

• Reconcile Bank Accounts can show incorrect account balance if future months have been reconciled
• Detail Changes in Equity report shows hyphens with no number when no account activity
• Maintain List of Accounting Funds can show account numbers without hyphens
• Sub-account Report column header does not fit when budget amounts are included
• Certain state tax withholdings are not saved when adding a new employee
• Customer can be changed on Accounts Receivable invoice after payment applied

General

• Constant Contact sync can overwrite changes from previous updates
• Import Pictures - Enable Preview option unchecked by default in PC Online for better performance
• List of backups to restore can be displayed out of order
