05/31/2016 - Version 11.5 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 05/31/2016 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 11.5.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers will updated automatically overnight, so PowerChurch Online users need not take any action to receive this update.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Fund Accounting

• Income & Expense by Year report column order should be descending

Accounts Payable

• Computer check stubs are missing check date
• Invoice amounts on Open Items report do not reflect positive/negative amounts

Payroll

• Social Security numbers on check stubs masked incorrectly XXX-XXXX-1234
• Pay stubs are missing check number
• Normal, Overtime, Other Time labels missing from stubs

Contributions

• Vanco import can missing some transactions
• Vanco import now creates Contributions Audit Log entry
• Repeating Contributions report errors if over 100 repeating contributions
