03/22/2017 - Version 11.5 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 03/22/2017 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 11.5.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers will updated automatically overnight, so PowerChurch Online users need not take any action to receive this update.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Personal Profiles

  • Birthdays & Anniversaries report does not include 2/29 dates in non-leap years


Activities & Skills

  • Class Family Directory report ignores unlisted e-mails setting


Attendance

  • Added Help button on Attendance Register Form for Print Bar Codes option


Constant Contact

  • Sync doesn't replace old e-mail address with new when modified outside of PowerChurch


Contributions

  • Extra space added between first name and last name on Canadian Tax Receipts
  • Added subtotals to the Contributions Posting Report
  • Removed unnecessary sort options from Yearly Comparison Report


Fund Accounting

  • Accounting Setup Assistant errors at 350% DPI
  • Budget Entry screen errors when data files cannot be opened
  • Some reports error when data files cannot be opened


Accounts Payable

  • Selected Paid Items report data selection is slow


Payroll

  • 2017 941 form update
  • E-File process should parse various state names (NC/N.C./N. Car./North Carolina)
  • NACHA file export - Immediate Origin should have space on left if only 9 characters
  • Box 14 on the W2 can truncate characters in certain circumstances


Custom Reports

  • Formatted Address fields show repeated values in Contributions reports
  • Allergies & Conditions fields cross-linked with Include Fund on Statements field


General

  • Program errors at 500% DPI
  • Test Check button hidden if not using tractor feed printer
  • Embedding network image in HTML e-mail doesn't work
  • Background image is off center when Quick Tasks window is undocked
