11/21/2022 - Version 14 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 11/21/2022 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.

This Maintenance Release includes the following:

Membership

• Personal Profiles - Assign bar code window doesn't open when clicking the button
• Search by Phone/Email can be broken by unexpected data/formatting in those fields

Contributions

• Import Contributions - Show warning message when modifying envelope or fund numbers
• Repeating Contributions - Allow a negative dollar amount for processing fees

Fund Accounting

• Undo Bank Reconciliation - Account and Statement Date should be separate columns and grid should be sortable
• Account Balances view in PowerChurch Today shouldn't include unposted transactions

Accounts Payable

• Add new invoice from Maintain Vendor Records doesn't add vendor name in Description field
• Last Buy and Payment Dates on the vendor record aren't updated when posting

Events

• Recurring event not respecting "Weekdays" flag

General

• Background isn't re-centered after closing the Quick Tasks pane
• Group email - people without emails report should default to screen, not printer
• External Backup - Notification emails from a Gmail account aren't being sent using OAUTH/API
• External Backup - Allow multiple email addresses separated by comma or semicolon
• Reports - Find Text window can limit characters in textbox
