05/31/2023 - Version 14 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 05/31/2023 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.

This Maintenance Release includes the following:

Membership

• Attendance graph on Integrated Data Entry has date labels cut off
• User with only Activities & Skills permissions can't edit that info on Personal Profiles

Contributions

• Find feature doesn't work for combined envelope names (e.g. John & Jane Smith)
• Those Who Pledged Last Year... report disregards some selection criteria
• Send email to non-pledging contributors errors in certain situations

Fund Accounting

• Expense accounts are not always saved in the Accounting Setup Assistant
• Budget entry calculations will change the annual amount entered in certain situations
• Budget Report - Budgeted and Non-Budgeted subtotals are not correct
• Copy Budget to New Year then Budget Entry can open the wrong budget year
• Subaccount Report - Budget subtotals of income and expense accounts are not correct
• Notes entered on View Posted Transactions are not saved properly

Accounts Payable

• No invoices were selected to print message when there are positive and negative invoices
• Default Pay Now/Post Now setting isn't properly saved

Payroll

• When Process Payroll session is saved and reloaded, the next check number lookup doesn't work properly
• Clockify import can calculate regular time/overtime hours incorrectly

General

• Protect My Ministry register user email field doesn't allow enough characters for some emails
