12/31/2025 - Version 15 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 12/31/2025 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 15.

The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.

This Maintenance Release includes the following:

Membership

• Family Mailing List and Personal Profile date fields aren't allowing dates to be deleted

Contributions

• Left align date and envelope number on Contribution Statements

Accounts Payable

• 1099-MISC and NEC forms and filing processes updated for 2025 tax year
• Count of 1096 forms to print can be incorrect

Payroll

• W2 forms and filing processes updated for 2025 tax year
• W2 Box 12 code II - Medicare waiver payments... added
• New Report: Qualified Overtime Hours - Run this to get the amounts to report for employees in Box 14 note (more info)
• Employees converted forward from Versions 12 or 14 should have the new "Employee has 2020 W4" option checked if "Use Standard Deduction" was checked in prior version.

PowerChurch Online

• Mobile web app (https://m.mypowerchurch.com) is not saving/loading user preferences properly, causing "No records selected" messages
• Demo logins don't work in mobile web app
