12/19/2012 - Version 11.5 Maintenance Release


A new Maintenance Release dated 12/18/2012 has been released for Version 11.5.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

General

  • New user rights options for Check In
  • Invalid data (negative, zero) causes pie graph to disappear
  • Added .NET 2.0 runtimes to installer for Windows 8 compatibility
  • Error handling added for importing unsupported image file format
  • Added option to show church name in title bar (for those maintaining multiple PowerChurch installs for different organizations)


Membership

  • Consecutive Absentee report shows last attended date only if within the selected date range of the report
  • Added Locate by e-mail address to Integrated Data Entry and Maintain Family Mailing List screens
  • Missing Expression error on Selection Criteria screens in Personal Profiles


Contributions

  • Contribution Statements report profile saved as default not loading automatically
  • Preformatted bank deposit slip total includes all contribution types
  • Add Contributor from Check Reader screen now uses new Add Family Assistant


Accounting

  • Option to print church name and address on Payroll pay stubs
  • Added messages for potential problems with 941 form generation
  • Count of AP checks to print displayed on Select Invoices for Payment screen
  • Added ability to e-file 1099-MISC forms
