A new Maintenance Release dated 12/30/2024 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Payroll
- Hawaii tax tables redesigned for 2025
- Iowa tax tables redesigned for 2025
- Louisiana tax tables redesigned for 2025
12/30/2024 - Version 14 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 12/30/2024 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.

- When changing an account assigned to contribution fund, the name doesn't refresh until saving
- The Find button doesn't always find people by name

- Crystal Reports pops up a "Refresh Report Data" prompt at random times
12/10/2024 - Check In 14 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release for PowerChurch Check In Version 14 has been published, dated 12/10/2024.
The Check In Server application will update itself automatically for PowerChurch Plus users. The PowerChurch Online Check In Servers have already been updated. Check In Kiosks will pop up a notification that an update will be installed next time the kiosk application is closed.
This Maintenance Release contains the following:
- Data queries during check in process optimized to be much quicker
- Kiosk is not properly filtering out the list of activities/types/departments available for check in
- Phone number lookup behavior redesigned to ignore names with numbers
- Local kiosk installations are not always updating themselves

- Keypress - Operator/Operand error in Vendor ID (Accounts Payable) and Preferred Name (Personal Profiles) fields

- Import from Vanco - Account validation issues on setup
- Those Who Gave Last Year But Not This Year report isn't properly filtering by Contribution Fund selections

09/24/2024 - Version 12/14 MR errors
We found a new error that was introduced in the latest Maintenance Release for Versions 12 and 14 and issued a new one after hours yesterday, 9/23/2024. From within the software, you can trigger the check for a new release by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or if you aren't able to log in, you can manually download and install the update from our website at https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
09/23/2024 - Check In 14 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release for PowerChurch Check In Version 14 has been published, dated 09/23/2024.
The Check In Server application will update itself automatically for PowerChurch Plus users. The PowerChurch Online Check In Servers have already been updated. Check In Kiosks will pop up a notification that an update will be installed next time the kiosk application is closed.
This Maintenance Release contains the following:
- "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error can occur in various areas/processes
- Configure Server app can incorrectly show "The PowerChurch Plus executable does not exist in the given location" message
