An extremely insightful expository concerning the abundance of assistance to be discovered on the PowerChurch Software web site.

Today I want to tell you where you can go online when you're needing a little help. And while we're on the subject of help, that reminds me of the old saying: A friend in need gathers no moss.


Some of the questions we get here in Technical Support are commonly asked and so we decided to assemble some answers and post them online for everyone. This list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) is available online at under the section entitled "Knowledge Base." On that page, you'll find information on everything from "Closing the Accounting Year" to "Mapping a Network Drive."


In some circumstances, you may find that it is more convenient to contact our Technical Support team via the Web. To make it easy, we now have a form you can use if you want to ask us questions without having to pick up the phone. Just visit the Contact page.

Of course, there are still some questions that are just too in-depth to answer by e-mail. In those cases, we'll write back and ask you to give us a call. But, if the question can be answered in an e-mail, your message will be forwarded to a technician and answered as quickly as possible.

Do keep in mind that questions submitted by e-mail fall under the same terms as telephone support. So, you'll need to be on an active support contract for e-mail support. By the way, if you don't currently have a support plan with us, you can easily sign up for six months for only $124 (US Funds).


So, you now have a place to go for answers and a new way of contacting us when you need help, but what do you do if you just want to pass along a suggestion? Well, we've got that covered, too. PowerChurch Software always welcomes suggestions from our users.
