12/29/2021 - Version 12 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 12/29/2021 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users who have not yet converted to Version 14, no further action needs to be taken.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Fund Accounting
- Income & Expense Statement shows 0.00 instead of blank on first line (4000 INCOME)
General
- Buttons to add, change, or delete information should all be visibly disabled/grayed out for a user with Access only privileges
12/28/2021 - Version 14 Maintenance Release
A new Maintenance Release dated 12/28/2021 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users who have already converted to Version 14, no further action needs to be taken.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Personal Profiles
- Contact List error on open if there is a Personal Profile whose last name starts with a non-alpha character
Fund Accounting
- Income & Expense Statement shows 0.00 instead of blank on first line (4000 INCOME)
Payroll
- Add new employee index tag error (Utilities > Reindex to fix)
General
- Buttons to add, change, or delete information should all be visibly disabled/grayed out for a user with Access only privileges

- Import Contributions from Vanco - Process should only be opened once
- Import Contributions - If only one contribution is imported and is a problem, is highlighted in blue instead of red
- Custom Reports - Missing account number fields from Contribution Funds
Fund Accounting
- Chart of Accounts Fund Comparison report - Make columns wider
- View Posted Transactions - Error when sorted by month
- View Posted Transactions - When sorting by date entered is not correct date sort
- Balance Sheet by Fund report includes inactive funds
- Unposted Contributions - Fund # column is not exported correctly to Excel
Accounts Payable
- 1099 forms and e-file process updated for 2021

A new Maintenance Release dated 07/12/2021 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 11.5.

This Maintenance Release includes the following:

- Deleting a Contribution Type and replacing with an existing value doesn't update Repeating Contributions
Fund Accounting
- Excess IncomeExpense label in reports should be Excess Income/Expense
Accounts Payable
- Open Items Report doesn't total properly on check paying multiple invoices
- Can't print 1099 forms when only corrected forms exist
- 1099 form doesn't allow blank amounts (necessary for correcting certain fields)
- 1096 form is blank when no 1099s have an amount to report
Payroll
- 941 form and e-file process updated for 2021 Q2
- Colorado tax table calculation method has changed

- Custom field names can cause duplicate field names error in Export Data utilities
- Custom code field values aren't exporting properly in Export Data utilities
Activities & Skills
- Promotion Year isn't available in Custom Reports
Attendance
- Send email message to a group errors with NLASTMAIL not found
- Fast Data Entry - When additional present count is loaded from data, the "X people present" label isn't updated with the correct count
Contributions
