A new Maintenance Release dated 04/12/2023 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Accounts Payable
- 1099 Vendor List report description says 1099-MISC instead of 1099-MISC/NEC
Payroll
- Alabama state tax table requires Personal Exemption, but 0 is a valid value
Contributions
- Import Pledges from CSV - A lower case pledge period does not import correctly
- Maintain Donors allows you to reassign an envelope to the same number

- Maintain Manual Checks - list of transactions in Next/Previous not in the same order as Locate list
- 1099 Vendor List report description says 1099-MISC instead of 1099-MISC/NEC
Contributions

- W2 uses first address found for duplicate employees (with same Social Security Number) Should use the one with the latest transactions
- Count of employees on 941 form and calculation report does not ignore duplicate employees (with same Social Security Number)

- Payroll Setup Assistant - Errors can occur when adding certain state tax tables.
